Our first critical step is to:   Organize the medical records. This is a vital step for both pre-litigation settlement process and/or court trial preparations. With this entire record, AMAFU will exhibit a drill down page by page, photo by photo, medical examination that illustrates a client pre-medical negligence and/or injury stage and after negligence and injury to client including the cost incurred highlighted in medical claims and disbursement.  

While reviewing and summarizing medical documentation, we also pay close attention to references to prior and/or unrelated medical treatment and procedures. We include information regarding prior medical treatment at the beginning of the medical summary. Having the latter would ensure efficient settlement process.  

Everyone involved in the process who accesses the final report compiled using all the available information and examination should be placed in a position to know whether or not the purse the case and if so to what degree.
